Shipping policy

At Welcome Home, we live for lazy days — but don’t worry, your order won’t be lounging around.

 

Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise stated in the product description. During product launches or high-volume times, it may take a little longer — thanks for your patience while we pack everything up just right.

We take weekends off (think slow mornings and no plans), so if your order comes in after 10:01 AM on Friday, it’ll ship out first thing Monday.

 

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. If your tracking says delivered but your porch says otherwise, your best bet is to contact the shipping provider directly. Still need help? We’ve got you.
