Returns

We want you to feel right at home with everything you order from us. If something's not quite right, don't stress - we've got you.

 

Eligibility

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Return

Pop your original packing slip in the box — or a simple note with RETURN, your name, and your order number will do just fine. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect and process your refund within a few business days.

 

Exchanges

We’re only able to offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or defective. Just send it to the address above with a note labeled EXCHANGE, and we’ll handle the rest.
If no note is included, we’ll default to a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to show up.

Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable method for items over $75, just to be safe.
